We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if the hygiene liner and original tags are still attached and the item has not been worn.
Items that are damaged, washed, altered, or show signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges You may request an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
Returns If you request a return, the refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

1-Items can only be exchanged once.
2-Models can only be exchanged within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order.
3- Sizes can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Return & Refund :
Request must be made within 48 Hours From the time customer received the items
The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer
Refund will be made through bank transfer - Mobile Wallet - Instapay same day the Items returned to our warehouse after deducting the shipping charges.
The courier will reach you at the provided address within 48 hours after your return request. If we are unable to successfully collect the item(s) after these 48 Hours due to reasons on your end, your return request will be automatically canceled, and you will not be able to request it again.
